Getting it right
How much do I use?
Use one level teaspoon (4 g) per serving. Each jar contains 15 servings.
Does water temperature matter?
Hot water dissolves it instantly. For cold drinks, start with a splash of hot water, then add cold water or milk and ice.
How strong should I make it?
One teaspoon with 2 oz of hot water is espresso strength, and 8 oz makes a regular cup. You can adjust the amount of water to taste.
How do I store it?
Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place so moisture stays out.

The coffee
We knew good instant coffee had to start with good coffee.
We made FLUR Instant with Stone Creek Coffee here in Milwaukee. The beans come from Huila, Colombia, with notes of caramel, citrus, and cocoa. Once roasted, the coffee is brewed and freeze-dried to preserve its flavor and aroma, with nothing else added.
