The Iced Spanish Latte

The coffee I'd make for someone who says they don't like coffee.

What you need

A double shot of espressoor 1 tsp (4 g) FLUR Instant in 1/4 cup (60 ml) hot water

1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon
4 to 6 oz milk
Ice

How to make it

Make your espresso base.
Add the espresso, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker. Shake everything together for about 10 to 15 seconds. Traditionally you'd just stir these together, but shaking is what gives this version that extra creamy texture.
Pour it into our iced coffee glass, top it with more ice and pour in your milk.

Pro tip

Don't have a cocktail shaker? A mason jar with a tight lid works just as well. As long as you can shake it hard for 10 to 15 seconds, you'll get the same creamy texture.
