I ordered these as a gifts for my husband, I got 2 sets of the latte, tasting, and iced coffee each. I did not know why he wanted these cups, I didn’t understand the hype, or why they were so expensive. I also didn’t do any research on them. I finally used one, the iced coffee cup, I was drinking an iced coffee while I was studying for finals. So I’m sitting at my desk for roughly 4 hours, the ice did not melt!! I didn’t have a cup coaster handy either so I was worried about condensation. There was none!! I’m am extremely impressed with the cups and their quality. Definitely worth the money.

I also had to contact customer service due to a mistake on my end, Liz took care of it so quickly and effortlessly. I cannot express how amazing my interaction with this company has been!
