Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Delivery time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking: All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping protection: We offer optional shipping protection at checkout. This covers loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If you do not purchase shipping protection, we are unable to replace or refund orders that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. We will resend your entire order one time.
Your responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all order information — including shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email — is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
