Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Returns are issued as store credit only. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Store credit is delivered via email as a digital gift card and never expires. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. You can exchange for any item on our site. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference. To start an exchange, contact us at support@flurglassware.com.

Non-returnable items: Matcha, coffee, matcha whisks, and other food products are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items returned without original packaging are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping damage is covered through our optional shipping protection, available at checkout. Claims for shipping damage without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement or return.

Damaged or defective products outside of shipping damage are covered under our 1-year warranty. See our warranty policy for details.

To start a return, contact us at support@flurglassware.com. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label with instructions. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
