A 1-year warranty that covers seal defects and one accidental break per set. Here's exactly how it works.
What's covered
Your FLUR glassware comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Here's what that includes:
Manufacturing defects. If you see moisture or condensation showing up between the inner and outer walls of a double-walled glass, that's a seal defect. We'll replace it as long as it happens during normal use within the warranty period.
One accidental break replacement per set. If you break a glass from your set, we've got you. One replacement per set, one time. Doesn't matter if it was a drop, a knock off the counter, or any other accident.
Equivalent replacements. Replacements come in the same glass type and size as your original. If we're out of stock, we'll send a comparable replacement or store credit for the original value.
Transferable to gift recipients. If you got your FLUR set as a gift, you're covered too. Just grab the original order number from whoever bought it for you.
What's not covered
A few things the warranty doesn't cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches from everyday use
- Damage from commercial or food service use
- Damage from abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals
- Damage from direct exposure to open flame, stovetop, or oven
- Cosmetic issues that don't affect how the glass works
- Packaging or non-glass components
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
- Products shipped to or used outside the US, including orders sent through freight forwarding services
- More than one accidental break replacement per set
This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy for product issues. It doesn't cover any other claims, losses, or damages beyond replacing the glass itself.
How to submit a claim
- Fill out our warranty claim form here.
- Include your order number. If your set was a gift, get the order number from whoever bought it for you.
- We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps. Have a photo of the damaged glass ready when we get back to you. We can't process a claim without it.
Warranty period and eligibility
Your warranty starts on the day you place your order and lasts a full year. Claims need to be submitted within that 1-year window.
To qualify, your product needs to be:
- Purchased from flurglassware.com, our official Amazon store, our official TikTok Shop, or Crate & Barrel
- Used at home, not in a commercial space
- Still within the 1-year warranty window when you submit the claim
We may ask for additional documentation, and we reserve the right to deny claims at our discretion.
Limitations
Accidental break replacements are limited to one glass per set. Seal defect replacements are handled case-by-case. We reserve the right to limit warranty replacements if claims look excessive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal use.
