What you need

A double shot of espressoor 1 tsp (4 g) FLUR Instant in 1/4 cup (60 ml) hot water

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Frothed milk, optional

How to make it

Add 1 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk to your glass and set it to the side.
Prepare your espresso.
Pull it right over the sweetened condensed milk. It settles into a really nice layered effect.
You can stop there. That is fine and totally respectable. I like a scoop of frothed milk on top for some texture.

Pro tip

Stir before you sip. The condensed milk wants to stay at the bottom. Admire the layers first, then give it a full stir so every sip tastes the same.
