The ordering experience was simple and appreciated. My experience with the actual glasses is mixed. They are lovely to look at, whether there is coffee in them or not. The glass is light and doesn’t show any flaws. My problem is the round dimension: The glass is wide, and is more comfortable in two hands than one. This is not necessarily an unpleasant experience. But it feels just a tiny bit unwieldy and difficult for me to hold comfortably in one hand. No complaints about quality.

The cups are a beautiful shade of purple and arrived fairly quickly. I thought they would be heavy, but I was pleasantly surprised by their light weight.

I ordered tall glasses and two short glasses for iced coffee/coffee. The tall ones are great. The small ones I find rather hard to pick up as the diameter is so large. Other than that they are great glasses and you never burn your fingers as the coffee is hot.

I gave the extra large latte glasses a five star rating, but I wish they were a bit wider more room for latte art, and perhaps 1 1/2 ounces larger in volume. But perhaps this is a bit nitpicky, but I wish they mimicked my traditional cups in size for a decent sized flat white and room for art.

Beautiful cups, however they are labeled as dishwasher safe and they are not. We only wash on top shelf (3 rack washer) on regualr wash, never high temp or high heat and we have had multiple cups lose their plug on the bottom which allows water to get in the layer and get very dirty without being able to clean it. For how expensive they are, the plugs should he sealed better. 5 star for customer service though on replacing it for me after the warranty was up

Love the double walled glasses for a variety of beverages but my afternoon iced coffee is perfect in them! Have been searching for double walled glasses for a while and settled on these as a purchase for our new kitchen, displayed on our open shelving. Highly recommend!

Although the teal color is beautiful the size of this mug is just too wide. Maybe it’s just my hand but I do not love drinking coffee from these mugs because it’s not comfortable.
