They do exactly what they market and they just feel fancy but they aren’t as expensive as most other glasses of this quality.

Less condensation.
The double wall keeps the cold inside the glass, so less of it ends up on your table.
Ice lasts longer.
The air between the walls insulates your drink, so it stays cold longer.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 811 reviews.
I've contacted customer service three times because the wrong item was sent to me and I've gotten no response.
The clear iced coffee glasses was our first purchase from FLUR. We have been hooked ever since! We now have a set in amber and in teal... now onto periwinkle! Love these glasses!!
Beautiful glassware.
These glasses are gorgeous! Not to mention the double wall construction means no more rings on my wooden tables.
What’s not to like about these beautiful glasses!!
Store owner replied: Cheers to you! We appreciate you!
Love them.
I've enjoyed the Iced Coffee Glasses, however, over 11 months, 3 of the 4 glasses that I bought, have begun "leaking" between the walls. One was replaced by Flur, but they made clear they only offer a one-time exchange. I want to love the product, but I expect more longevity for the price.
Store owner replied: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review - we have reached out to you via email to see how we can help!
Delivery on time and no damage. These are a Christmas gift for my daughter. Just beautiful. Hopefully she will enjoy these glasses
Store owner replied: Thanks for choosing FLUR for your gifting needs!
As advertised. Works great!
Store owner replied: Cheers to you - thanks for sharing!
Love them they the best
Store owner replied: Yay! We love to hear it!
I wish it was bigger. More condensation on the outside than I expected.
Store owner replied: Sorry to hear this did not meet your expectations! We hope you are still able to enjoy your glassware!
It's a nice glass, except both of them arrived with water spots that I can not remove.
Store owner replied: Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback! We have reached out personally to help out with this!
Beautiful color. Amazing to drink from.
Store owner replied: We love to hear it! Thanks for sharing your experience!
So beautiful!
Store owner replied: So glad to hear you are loving your glassware! Thanks for choosing FLUR!
In all honesty I haven't had the chance to use my glasses yet. BUT they are beautiful and arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I will try and remember to update this (if possible) after I get to use them. So far, no complaints though :)
Store owner replied: So glad to hear you have had a good impression so far! Thanks for choosing FLUR!
The Flur glasses are exactly as advertised - they’re insulated, which maintains the temp of your drink; they’re have beautifully clean lines; and they are sleek and so pretty! I absolutely love them, and highly recommend them! (I purchased the tall ones - fantastic for iced coffee drinks - and the short ones, for hot drinks.) 5 stars all the way!
Store owner replied: Thanks so much for sharing your kind words - this is just the type of feedback our team loves to hear!
Gift to Grandaughter was awesome!! She loved the design and functionality and quality!
Store owner replied: Glad to hear the gift was a hit!

We're moving places and we had to get the latte glasses set for our new home!
Store owner replied: Love it! What a great addition to a new home! Enjoy and congrats!
Very pretty and lightweight glasses.
Store owner replied: Thank you!
My favorite coffee glass!
Store owner replied: Love to hear it! Cheers!
We originally bought a set on Amazon a few months ago and loved them!! Unfortunately, one cracked which led to us buying this new set on the website. We hope they’ll be more durable than that as they are great cups, but definitely not sustainable to replace every few months.
Store owner replied: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review - I just wanted to let you know that we do have a one year warranty!
I am OBSESSED with my new glasses! From iced tea, hot Chai and matcha, these glasses are versatile and cute!
Store owner replied: That purple and green just pop! Cheers!
I LOVE my flur glasses. They are so aesthetic and surprisingly sturdy. I get so many compliments about how cute they are. Will definitely be purchasing more!
Store owner replied: Thanks for your kind words - we are so glad to hear you are loving your glassware!
❤️❤️❤️perfect addition to my coffee bar, and perfect Fall color! If you can only get one set get the iced coffee set! I am beyond happy, and really think Liz and Ethan are geniuses! They have thought of every detail.
Love them! Use them every morning with my ice coffee! I even bring them in the car while driving to work!
Store owner replied: Thanks for choosing FLUR for your morning coffee!
These glasses are so beautiful! As advertised, the outside doesn’t sweat with an iced beverage. Highly recommended.
Store owner replied: That double wall design truly is the best! So glad to hear you are enjoying your glassware!
The most beautiful glasses full or empty! I started with 6 and got 6 more. They are made beautifully and wash great top rack dishwasher
Store owner replied: Love to hear it - thanks for sharing the love!
Update: Awesome customer service. We were sent a replacement quickly. Love the glasses!! One of the glasses has moisture on the inside layer. It appears the bottom circle where is it sealed might have been too thin and let it in. This is day 3 of having the glasses.
Store owner replied: Hey there! It looks like your seal may have been compromised - we are more than happy to make this right for you! We have reached out via email to connect with you!
I think the fact that y'alls coffee cups are so glass and fragile but they somehow didnt come in the mail broken is insane and you all should do everything you can to keep that going because I was so very surprised and happy! Like I never trust online order for glass except this once and it worked out which like Uh insane? Also these glasses are super cute and i am aware that like of course they will be fragile the way they are built and the way they work means they kind of have to be but mitigating that fragility by making it a piece that comes to you in tact is huge! So thank you!
Store owner replied: Thank you for sharing the love - we truly appreciate you and are so glad you love the design of the glasses!
The glasses are way too tall and do not fit under my Jura coffee maker.
Store owner replied: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We do offer free exchanges if you are looking for a different size!
My second purchase. Glasses are amazing and the packaging is beautiful
Store owner replied: So great to hear you are loving your glassware! Cheers!
Gorgeous glass so well made
Store owner replied: Thank you so much!
I got the large iced coffee glasses and they are perfect!! I got the orange color and it’s a beautiful color. Overall 10/10.
Store owner replied: So great to hear you are loving your glassware! Thanks for choosing FLUR!
Incredible glassware and very well made. We loved them so much we just ordered more!
Store owner replied: Love to hear that you are enjoying FLUR!
Love these cups! They don’t sweat at all and look very modern.
Store owner replied: Our team is so glad to hear that you are loving your glassware!
Love it super cute would love even more if they came with lids in the future but really great product
Store owner replied: So glad to hear you are loving your glassware - a to-go glass is in the works currently! yay!
They really prevent the condensation from forming. I bought the iced coffee size in clear for iced coffee and purple for mocktails! Also ordered the Latte XL for other drinks. I love them!
