Mexican Mocha
Cinco de Mayo is here, and while most people celebrate with margaritas and tacos, I'm starting my day with something a little different—a Mexican Mocha. It's rich, chocolatey, and has just enough spice to kick-start your morning.
I love this recipe because it's ridiculously easy and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry. Plus, there's no complicated boiling or simmering—just mix everything together, and you're good to go.
