Every glass is handblown from borosilicate glass and went through months of testing before it felt good enough to put our name on it. Our goal has always been to help people make better coffee at home, and these glasses are a big part of that. Whether you're pulling your first espresso or perfecting your latte art, we designed them to make your experience better.
Over 100,000 coffee lovers use FLUR every day, and we're now carried in Crate & Barrel.
FLUR x Nami
We make the glassware. Nami makes the matcha. We built this set together so everything comes in one box and actually works together. The chawan is shaped for whisking. The chasentate is sized to fit the whisk. And the matcha was sourced by Ashley herself after years of testing in Japan.
What's in the set
Four pieces, everything you need.
The Chawan
Handblown borosilicate glass with a wide base for easy whisking and creamy foam.
The Chasentate
Keeps your whisk upright so it dries evenly and holds its shape.
The Matcha
First-harvest Yame matcha from Nami. Single-origin, naturally sweet, and some of the highest quality matcha you can buy.
The Chasen
Bamboo whisk made from a single piece, finished with green thread.
The Matcha
First-harvest · Single-origin · Yame, Japan
Nami's founder Ashley Alexander traveled to Japan, tested hundreds of varieties, and worked directly with farms in Yame before landing on this one. It's made from Okumidori and Saemidori leaves, known for their deep green color and natural sweetness. Rich and smooth, with subtle notes of nuttiness and pistachio.

Why glass over ceramic?
Most matcha bowls are ceramic. Glass does a few things ceramic can't.
See the foam build while you whisk
Won't stain or absorb odors over time
Handles hot water without cracking
Dishwasher safe (most ceramic bowls aren't)
A note from our founders
We couldn't find glassware that matched the drinks we were making at home. So we created it.
