Dishwasher safe — we actually recommend it over hand washing. It's safer and prevents accidental slips. Give your glasses space so they don't bump other dishes.

Ice tip — avoid dropping large cubes in from high up to prevent cracking.

Will it break easily?

These are made from borosilicate glass, which is what they use for lab equipment. It handles hot-to-cold temperature changes way better than regular glass. That said, it's still glass. Treat it like you would anything you actually care about. And every set comes with a 1-year warranty that covers accidental damage, so you're covered either way.

Is it worth the price?

Every glass is handblown, double-walled, and individually inspected before we ship it. Most people cycle through cheap glasses every few months. These are meant to be the last ones you buy. Over 100,000 people use them daily and we're carried in Crate & Barrel, so it's not just us saying that.

Can I use it for hot drinks too?

Absolutely. The double wall works both ways: keeps cold drinks cold, keeps hot drinks hot. The outside stays comfortable to hold even with boiling water inside. We use them for lattes, americanos, tea, basically everything.

Where are they made?

Designed in Milwaukee, WI and handblown in China by glassmakers we've worked with since day one. Every glass is individually inspected for clarity and consistency before it ships.

Do the colors fade?

Nope. The color is actually part of the glass itself. It's infused into the raw material during the glassblowing process, not painted or coated on the surface. It won't fade, chip, or wash off no matter how many dishwasher cycles you put it through.

We couldn't find glassware that matched the drinks we were making at home. So we created it.

Every glass is handblown from borosilicate glass and went through months of testing before it felt good enough to put our name on it. Our goal has always been to help people make better coffee at home, and these glasses are a big part of that.
