Shaken Coconut Matcha
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon (3–4 grams) matcha powder
- 6–7 ounces chilled coconut water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Fill your cocktail shaker generously with ice.
2. Pour coconut water directly over the ice.
3. Sprinkle matcha powder on top of the coconut water.
4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously until the drink is cold, frothy, and bright green (about 15–20 seconds).
5. Pour into your favorite glass over fresh ice and enjoy immediately!
Coconut Cream Cold Foam (Optional)
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons chilled canned coconut cream
- 2 tablespoons oat milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
1. Combine coconut cream, oat milk, and sugar in a small cup or frothing pitcher.
2. Froth until creamy and fluffy using a handheld milk frother (20–30 seconds).
3. Spoon your cold foam over the shaken coconut matcha for added creaminess.
