I was so excited to receive the latte glasses as a birthday gift in February. Unfortunately my husband dropped one in the sink and it broke. On a whim I emailed the Flur team to see if it would possibly be covered by their 1 year warranty. They were so quick to respond, kind and sent us a replacement within 2 days of contacting them!
