FULL RECIPE BELOW

Whipped Coffee with a Plate and Strainer

Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee

- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1 tablespoon hot water

- Milk of choice (I'd use about 6 ounces)

Instructions:

1. Grab a dinner plate and add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water directly onto it.

2. Using a fine mesh strainer, gently rub the coffee mixture against the plate in small, circular motions.

(It’ll whip up creamy and thick after about 4-6 minutes.)

3. Once your coffee mixture is thick and frothy, scoop it off the plate and place it into your serving glass.

4. Pour your favorite milk (iced or hot) over the whipped coffee.

5. Stir gently, sip, and enjoy your creamy whipped coffee!

Use a dinner plate with a raised edge or lip—this will help keep the mixture contained and minimize any mess.
