Strawberries & Cream Matcha Latte

If I ever opened a coffee shop, this would be on the spring menu without question. It’s the kind of drink that feels fun, tastes like dessert, and looks good enough to post before you take a sip.

Strawberries & Cream Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

Matcha Base

- 4g high-quality matcha powder

- 40g hot water (170F)

- 140g whole milk

Strawberry Cold Foam

- 2 tsp freeze-dried strawberry powder (or blend whole freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder)

- 60g heavy cream

- Optional: 10g milk (to lighten the foam slightly)

For Serving

- Ice

- Extra strawberry powder (for dusting)

Instructions:

1. Make the cold foam: Blend freeze-dried strawberries into a powder if needed. Add to a small frothing pitcher with heavy cream (and milk, if using). Froth until thick and creamy.

2. Prepare the matcha: Whisk or shake 4g matcha with 40g hot water until fully dissolved. Set aside.

3. Assemble the drink: Fill your glass with ice. Pour in the matcha, followed by the milk. Top with your strawberry cold foam.

4. Garnish: Dust with a little extra strawberry powder and top with a fresh strawberry.

5. Enjoy :)
