Loved these glasses when I got them but after a couple of months they retained water in empty space between the sides when they came out of the dishwasher. I came back to the website to check if I should have been handwashing but it does indeed say they are dishwasher safe. It seems the small hole in the bottom is where the water got in, but it is very difficult to remove.
really sorry to hear that — our glasses are dishwasher safe, but occasionally a small amount of water can get into the insulation layer through the pressure release valve at the bottom. it’s rare, but it can happen depending on the dishwasher’s angle or steam. we’re happy to help if yours isn’t drying out properly — just shoot us a message and we’ll make it right. appreciate you bringing it to our attention!
